After studying two branches with Spinneys group, 365 Ecology was awarded el Shorouk branch to supply and install a competitive initial cost and a cost-efficient running cost VRF system. But to make a solid case, design data should be validated on the running systems, so smart power meters were installed to create a year log of power consumption which proved the case and many branches are to follow.  

365 Ecology’s technical team did the HVAC system design for the project and after revision and approval by the general consultant, our site team started the work.    

After our recognized work in Cairo Stadium amid the CAF, 365 Ecology was awarded the covered hall in the new extension of Borg Al Arab Stadium, it was important to deliver on-time and with high standard as the handball court was planned to host the handball world cup. Our site time rose to the challenge and work started after the technical approval was granted, the equipment supplied from our stock made the delivery immediate.  

Lulu hyper market LULU Hyper market is a prestigious hypermarket located in Airport Sheraton. The Preferred Vendor List was by M/S Precision Consulting Engineering who specify SABIANA and other European/American Manufacturers.                    The scope was supplying the below equipment: 1) 1 # FAHU with Energy Recovery wheel 2) 85# nos. FCUs  (84# Ducted & 1# decorative). LULU is a land mark in hypermarket industry.  

Dp world – Sokhna We were honored to receive the valued order to supply, install, test and commission the DX-AHUs for DP World- Ain Sokhna. 7 nos. DX-AHUs. 365 Ecology is the HVAC supplier and contractor on such a prestigious project. The Air Handling units from SABIANA Italy & The Condensing Units from Thermocold Italy. The essential accessories which maintain the best performance & control are ordered along with the equipment such as connection kit, Over/under voltage protection, phase failure protection, numbered wires & Communication card. DP World is one of the largest marine terminal operators in the world, with 50 terminals and 9 new developments and major expansions across 31 countries.    

The first phase of the Arab Academy campus in New Alamein city was a strategic project and had the challenge of making the 3 buildings ready to accommodate students in three months. El Sewedy Education – The Knowledge Hub Ph1 &  Ph 2 The Knowledge hub is a multidisciplinary project constituting of different international universities clustered together in the new capital of Egypt. The project matches the needs of the Egyptian economy with offerings that complement the educational ecosystem. The timeline of the project was the main challenge facing 365 Ecology, yet in 5 months it was successfully accomplished.   

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction field, Madkour where expanding to a new office, and we –proudly– provided it with an energy efficient VRF system. This building is not only acknowledged as a project with an esteemed client, but it was the beginning of a lucrative business partnership leading to several projects with Madkour afterwards.  

Banque Misr was established in 1920 by the pioneer economist and financial expert Mohamed Talaat Harb Pasha. Banque Misr’s Fifth Settlement Branch was designed to be another artistic piece on such a large scale. In collaboration with Mahfouz company for architect & planning, the HVAC system is designed with the VRF Technology, and to maximize the system’s efficiency a hot water supply was applied through the waste heat.  

Under the umbrella of the ministry of petroleum and mineral resources, Phosphate Misr Co. is responsible for Egypt’s production of high-quality phosphate. Moving to a new headquarter in Cairo, 365 Ecology was responsible for providing an HVAC solution that can transform a residential tower into an administration office.
